Gilda B. Neiman is an Executive leader focused on the latest approaches to sustainability governance. She accompanies, guides and challenges executives and board directors on what they must be doing now to engage their companies and institutions in a strategic debate and action on sustainability challenges and opportunities for their businesses.
Following a career of leadership in international corporate banking, including as CEO of Citi Belgium, corporate governance, diversity & inclusion, and youth leadership development, she is now Director on the Board of Chapter Zero Brussels; Independent Director & Chairwoman of Greenomy; Independent Director, Sustainability Lead & Chair of the Audit, Compliance and Risk Committee of Apex Group’s European Depositary Bank, Vice-President on the Board or AmCham Belgium; Treasurer on the Board of Fulbright Belgium, Luxembourg & Schuman; and an independent governance consultant.
